Al-Marsad Newspaper: An expert has revealed the importance of a healthy diet for heart health and to reduce risks.

According to the British newspaper “Daily Express”, Dennis Keenan, the founder of “Signpost Dignostics” warned that eating unhealthy fatty foods that contain a high percentage of cholesterol, will lead to the accumulation of more fatty plaques in the arteries, increasing the risk of a heart attack.
