The community then reminded the municipality of the alternative solution presented to the municipality a year ago, in April 2020 – it was agreed with a private investor that the already built office building could be turned into a school and the institution would have been operational since 2022.
However, it is said that the position of the municipality was such that neither the community nor the private partners agreed to take risks and invest, because they did not receive a guarantee that the municipality would take over the built school and compensate the money spent, which would require more than one million.
