A 25-year-old woman drew the attention of everyone who was at the Miami International Airport, in United States. In the midst of an outbreak of fury, the passenger violently threw a computer monitor at an employee of the airline American Airlines, with which minutes later he had to board a flight.
The fact did not take long to reach social networks that, in a matter of minutes, were flooded with videos that showed the fact.
In the first images you can see how the woman, bursting with fury, begins to destroy the gate counters D43 and starts a monitor which was attached to one of the structures. Later, throws it at the employee who was standing next to him and luckily he manages to react in time and dodge the object.
According to the authorities, the worker was not seriously injured and registered a bruise in the right shoulder areawhich was hit by the monitor.
The attacker was identified as Camila McMillie and is a resident of the state of Alabama. As reported, I was traveling from your city to New York, with a stopover in Miami, with their 6 and 8 year old children who, moments before, they had left the flight lounge to go to the bathroom, without their mother’s permission. This fact would have unleashed the despair of McMillie, who demanded that American Airlines employees use her means to help her locate the minors.
“The passenger was checking her paperwork with the airline agent, when her two youngest children slipped away from her unnoticed to use the restrooms. After the woman realized that her children were not with her, she became enraged and began to yell, demanding that the employee find the children,” a police officer stated.
After the attack, which lasted a few minutes, a police officer Customs and Border Protection stopped McMillie at the North Terminal and was subsequently turned over to the Policeman.
The damage spread to the entire lounge, where it broke other monitors and counters, and ripped off the ticket reader to board the flight. The total damage would be USD 10.000according to the police.

This Wednesday McMillie was brought before the courts, where she appeared in a miami dade court after being accused of Aggravated assault, criminal conduct y Disturbance of public order.
These days, the Miami International Airport registers the figures with the highest influx of travelers in the year, thanks to the end of the year holidays and the pleasant temperatures that lead many Americans and foreigners to choose the city to enjoy the festivities.
In this sense, between December 21 and January 6 of the coming year, the airport will reach the figure of 2.5 million travelers, 1.5% more than in the same period of 2021.
