An Egyptian pilot and her daughter are preparing for a historic achievement: the third duo in the world to fly the largest plane

One step separates Captain Pilot Nevin Darwish and her daughter Berrihan El-Badrawy from achieving a major breakthrough in the world of aviation, becoming the third mother and daughter in the world to work on the Airbus A330, the aircraft known as the largest in the world among passenger aircraft.

Through her account on Facebook, Captain Nevin proudly shared her joy at the imminent promotion of her daughter to drive a heavy model, which is expected to join the Airbus A330 fleet, fulfilling her dream of working with her daughter on the same model.

Welcome to the Airbus A330 fleet, as I am excited to witness first-hand that you continue to be a professional success and maintain your outstanding and inspiring level.”

Although she graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, Ain Shams University, she had always dreamed of flying, so she worked hard to achieve her dream.

Nevin entered the field of aviation at first through the door of air hospitality, then decided to join the Civil Aviation Institute and study aviation, and her dream finally came true to reach the cockpit.
