The directorate also mentioned that this fish is considered one of the aggressive fish that eats small fish and larvae, pointing out that some citizens are tempted by the large liver of that fish and eat it with food, which puts their lives at imminent danger.

The authorities promise

She explained that there are some sellers trying to clean and skin the fish and prepare it for cooking, but they fail to remove the poisonous glands from it, which causes immediate death immediately following eating it.

In addition, the authorities warned and threatened some traders who skinned the fish and sold it in the form of fillets to hide its features, so that citizens would not be able to know its type, exposing them to criminal responsibility and imprisonment.
