1- It contains quantities of iron, phosphorous and protein that the body needs.
2- It gives a lot of energy during fasting because it is rich in calories.
3- It resists cancer that affects the mouth, because it contains chemicals that help in that.
4- Maintains blood sugar level, and eliminates constipation through bean husks.
5- Beans are considered a complete meal if eaten with tomatoes and onions, as well as oil and bread.
6- Medames beans are considered a disinfectant for the stomach and intestines.
7- Useful for the heart and blood vessels, as it maintains the level of cholesterol in the blood.
