This Tuesday, April 26, Louise Attaque therefore celebrated with great fanfare the anniversary of her first album, from the name of the group, but also from the song I bring you with wind, which will propel Gaëtan Roussel and his band onto the French rock scene. And these 25 years might not be done without a concert. On the occasion of this anniversary, Gaëtan Roussel, the singer of Louise Attaque, announced in February on RTL this concert salvo programmed at the Elysée Montmartre in Paris.

“We are going to celebrate the 25th anniversary of our first album. It is out of the question that we will spend the year 2022 without giving you a sign of life. See you in April. The desire to blow out the candles with you is immense”, had already argued the singer at Parisian in September 2021. On RTL, in the program IndulgeGaëtan Roussel confirmed these “six free concerts, including one livestream at 7 p.m.“. And to add: “For us, nothing more natural than to celebrate our anniversary on stage, since that’s where we arrived.” Louise Attaque will perform on “a central stage (…) at the closer to people”, explains violinist Arnaud Samuel at the same microphone.

The band played their entire debut album, in order. A reissue of the disc Louise Attack was also released on April 15, 2022. Proof of the fans’ enthusiasm for this event, all the concerts were already sold out a few minutes following the ticket office opened on the site from the Elysee Montmartre.
