The security services of the Ministry of Interior revealed the circumstances of the circulation of a video clip, including the passage of a transport vehicle loaded with an overload, which resulted in the car tilting, endangering the lives of pedestrians as it travels up the ring road in the direction from Giza to Maadi.
By examination and through the use of modern technologies, it was possible to identify the vehicle referred to and it was found that it is registered in the name of (one of the persons – resident of Nasser facility in Cairo) “expired driving permit”, driving (his father – resident of Cairo).
After codifying the procedures, it was possible to seize the aforementioned car and its driver, and by confronting him, he acknowledged the authenticity of the incident.
