Robert David Fink was last seen on September 9 around 12:05 p.m. in the Limoilou sector.

He measures 5”7” (1.73 m) and weighs nearly 150 lbs. Robert David Fink is an American citizen who tries to express himself in French. He has short white hair and blue eyes. The septuagenarian might wear glasses, a dark gray polo shirt, pale gray Bermuda shorts, a gray cap, black sneakers and white soles, a black backpack and a black wheeled suitcase.
