An amendment to the concession contract for the Avenir highway in Senegal

Eiffage and its subsidiary SECAA, concessionaire of the Avenir motorway in Senegal, have signed an amendment to the concession contract with the Senegalese State which confirms the entry into the capital of the State of Senegal at 25%.

This amendment also includes a revision of the amount of the state fee, the freezing of the indexation of toll tariffs until December 31, 2025, the adjustment of the fruit sharing clauses, the realization by the concessionaire of new additional investments for maintain the level of service, as well as extending the duration of the
5-year concession, i.e. until 2044.

42 kilometers long, the Avenir motorway links Dakar city center and Blaise Diagne International Airport (AIBD). The concession contract was signed on July 2, 2009 between Eiffage and the State of Senegal. The
first toll section was put into service on October 28, 2011 and the complete section has been in operation since October 25, 2016.

In 2021, the Autoroute de l’Avenir handled 150,000 vehicles per day on average.
