His lawyer, Me Jonathan de Taye, then indicated that he had filed a complaint with the public prosecutor’s office, but the local police of Brussels Capitale-Ixelles had already drawn up a report for rebellion once morest El Haddan Asufi on Thursday morning following the incident.
The VRT was able to consult the report and it would seem that the accused absolutely did not want to cooperate in the search preceding his transfer and was brought in with difficulty.
