An 80-year-old woman fatally hits an octogenarian in Laval

An 80-year-old motorist fatally hit an 85-year-old pedestrian in Laval on Saturday followingnoon.

At 4:55 p.m., an 80-year-old lady accidentally hit an 85-year-old lady at the intersection of Boulevard de la Concorde and Chemin de la Normandie in Laval.

The pedestrian unfortunately died, said Laval Police Department publicist Patrick Boucher.

The scene was protected to determine the causes and circumstances of the event, but the criminal trail was ruled out.
