The 21-year-old declares himself shocked by the tragic accident at the amusement park where he was working in Halkidiki, points out that he has a clean criminal record and answers the accusations that he was drunk and that he changed his place to the deceased Giannis and his brother.
“I saw everything that happened in front of me and I am shocked. It is very difficult. I want to offer my deepest condolences to the child’s family. I was very scared because for the first time in my life I was in such a situation. I have a clean criminal record. There was a mess with my brother’s criminal record and they say that I did what my brother did in the past,” he emphasizes.
“I’m upset because this child died unjustly, it’s not my fault. What they said about me being drunk is a lie. I never go to work drunk. I used to go for my daily wage. I went to this job for almost six months. As for those who say that I asked the children to switch chairs, know that there are blue and red chairs in the game. That day only the red ones were working and the children had sat in the blue ones. The owner had told me to only put the world in red. And they were working at the normal speed, with 50-60 km”, he underlines.

“As soon as the accident happened, he received orders to hide because, as he was told, he would be lynched, and he walked scared and terrified to the house where he was staying temporarily,” he underlines.
As he points out, the 21-year-old believed from the bottom of his heart that the person responsible and the owner would offer help to the unfortunate child.
