Faced with the request for immediate solutions, residents of well-known urbanizations in the eastern area of Barquisimeto have gone to the headquarters of the Metropolitan Transportation and Transit Authority of the Iribarren municipality (AMTT), where they have been provided with the appropriate responses to the case as well as the follow-up to each one of them.
These are condominiums affected by the internal coexistence between neighbors, due to the obstruction of some roads in their streets of residence, which is why this authority, in accordance with the provisions of article 49 of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, allows the right to the defense of both parties and to serve everyone equally.
In this sense, the General Director of the AMTT, Nelson Torcate explained, «In the first case, on August 2, the residents of the La Rosaleda Urbanization introduced the documents with their respective signatures and filed the complaint, giving the amtt the opening of the case on August 3, on August 9 notifications are delivered to one of the parties and on the 10th to the other party involved in the problem.
Both parties have been attended on several occasions by the director himself, in which conciliation between the parties was not possible. “We believe in the resolution of conflicts in dialogue tables but mediation between the parties has been difficult for us, so in a few days we will make a statement on the matter,” said Torcate.
On the other hand, Colinas del Viento is in a similar situation, requesting the removal of a guardhouse, located in the Los Cardones Urbanization. The amtt opens the case on August 10, and at this time the metropolitan authority is preparing the notifications to be delivered to the parties involved in the problem, following the due process established by Venezuelan law.
