The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) recently endorsed a prospectus relating to the capital increase of the company “Airbus SE” reserved for group employees.
This operation will be carried out by issuing a maximum of 2,350,000 shares, specifies the AMMC in a press release, adding that the subscription price is 119.06 euros (1,314 dirhams). However, if the price turns out to be higher than the closing price of the Airbus share on the date preceding the capital increase, the subscription price will be equal to the latter, i.e. the price on March 16, 2023.
In Morocco, this operation concerns the employees of the subsidiaries Stelia Aerospace Morocco, Aerolia Construction Aéronautique du Maroc and Airbus Defense and Space Maroc.
The subscription period, in Morocco, will run from February 27 to March 9, 2023 inclusive.
