AMLO will speak with directors of Teletón to build a rehabilitation center in Tlapa, Guerrero The president Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador advanced will convince the directors of the Telethon Foundation to build a new rehabilitation center in Tlapaone of the marginalized municipalities of the Mountain of Guerrero, because that is where they need it most.

When presenting the rural roads program for the warrior mountainon the esplanade of the Municipal Palace of this capital, President López Obrador said that ten days ago the directors of Teletón, through the Welfare Secretary, Ariadna Montiel, shared with him that they will build a new center.

“They sent word to me 10 days ago that they wanted to build another rehabilitation center.

He recalled that his government only supports the Telethon Foundation with resources, because before they do not reach those who need it most.

“The only exception we are making is with Telethon for the care centers for children with disabilities, because they have a scholarship, here in Guerrero, it will be universal, all the disabled, not just the girls and boys, will be suspended, it is an agreement that we already have with the state government,” he said.
