It is an upper garment traditionally worn by Arabs. Bisht is worn by royal families, religious scholars, politicians and rich people. This is Raja Praudhi’s dress. There are people who wear this costume in all the Arabian countries like Saudi, Qatar, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Iraq. Common people of Arabnad use Bisht mostly during celebrations. Its edges are made of gold and silver. The best royal bisht costs around Rs 7.5 lakhs.
