Aminata Touré supports Ousmane Sonko. The former Prime Minister went to see him at Samu to inquire regarding the situation.
“I went to Suma to express my sympathy to Ousmane Sonko and wish him a speedy recovery. There is an urgent need to seriously investigate this excessive use of force and repressive methods unknown in our democracy cited as an example in Africa”, she posted on Twitter.

Ousmane Sonko is still in hospital. The leader of Pastef complained, this Thursday evening, of stomach aches and breathing difficulties. All day Friday, some of his supporters camped in front of the Samu where he is, worried regarding his state of health.
