American Malayali Law Enforcement United (AMLEU) Organizes Grand Onam Celebration in Philadelphia

Philadelphia: The American Malayali Law Enforcement United (AMLEU), an association of Malayalees working in the police force in the United States, organized an elaborate Onam celebration. It was also special that the members of the organization and their families from different states of America gathered for the Onam celebration.

Philadelphia Police Deputy Commissioner Joel Dales, Garland Dallas – mayoral candidate Dr. Shibu Samuel, Miss Staten Island Meera Mathew, Philadelphia Mayoral Candidate David O, and WMC Global President Thomas Muttakal graced the event as chief guests from different cities.

The AMLEU organization is powered by a membership of more than 155 Malayali officers who represent various law enforcement departments and hold various positions across the United States.

Leadership: President: Lt. Nidin Abraham (New York City Police Department), Vice President: Department Chief Shibu Samuel (Tacoma Park Police Department), Secretary: Lt. Noble Varghese (NY – NJ Port Authority Police Department), Treasurer: Corporal Blasan Mathew (Philadelphia) Police Department), Sergeant-at-Arms: Danny Samuel – Supervisory Special Agent – NY Field Office is at the helm of American Malayali Law Enforcement United.

Many executive leaders from various organizations also attended the event. The leadership also promised AMLEU’s active collaboration with Malayali organizations. During the celebration, troopers also highlighted their commitment to increasing law enforcement support in the community.
