In a new change announced, Americanas has decided to transform Ame Digital, its own fintech responsible for serving as a digital payment platform and autonomous platform for financial products and services, into the retailer’s newest customer loyalty program. The announcement was made yesterday (02/09).
The new strategy is already underway and aims to strengthen customer acquisition, as well as focus loyalty efforts to generate product and service offers, in addition to various other benefits and partnerships.
According to the information, the first phase of the new Americanas Loyalty Program is expected to be launched in the second half of the year. Among the benefits expected for its consumers are options for accumulating points and exchanging them for products.
