AMD unveils new naming system for 2023 mobile processor models – Bahamut

AMD has announced a new naming system for its 2023 lineup of mobile processors.

Officials pointed out that AMD’s mobile product business is growing strongly, with shipments of notebooks equipped with Ryzen processors increasing by 49% in just two years. AMD is designing a new category of mobile processors for 2023, including “Mendocino” processors for $500 multi-purpose laptops, and “Dragon Range” processors for high-end gaming laptops.

The new mobile processors will be named according to the following systems:
