AMD unveils AMD Ryzen PRO 6000 series processors

AMD today released the latest information on the AMD Ryzen PRO 6000 series processors, built on the 6nm process Zen 3+ core architecture and equipped with the advanced AMD RDNA 2 graphics core.

Officials pointed out that the new AMD Ryzen PRO processor shows up to 17% performance improvement when using MS Office productivity applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Teams meetings at the same time. Systems with AMD Ryzen PRO 6000 series processors can extend battery life by up to 45% while videoconferencing.

AMD said the Ryzen PRO 6000 series processors will power the next-generation Lenovo ThinkPads and HP EliteBooks, bringing the enhanced security features, wireless management capabilities and system stability of AMD PRO technology to them.
