AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 24.4.1 driver fixes the following defects:
- HELLDIVERS 2 Performance Improvements
- In the Radeon RX 6000 series environment, the game crashes when entering a specific area when playing Lords of the Fallen.
- Artifacts may appear when playing SnowRunner on some AMD graphics products such as the Radeon RX 6800.
- An issue where artifacts are displayed when playing Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition on a Radeon™ RX 6000 environment.
- When playing Overwatch 2 with Radeon Boost enabled on a Radeon RX 6000 series or higher, the game crashes or the driver times out.
- In Meta Quest 2, the application crashes when first starting SteamVR using the Quest Link feature.
- System or application crash when screen sharing in Microsoft Teams
- The game crashes when changing antialiasing settings when playing Enshrouded on Radeon RX 7000 series graphics products.
- When Auto HDR is enabled and Enshrouded is closed, colors on the monitor become strange (faint or faded).
Known defects
AMD Software: The Adrenalin Edition 24.4.1 driver has the following known defects:
- Display may appear strange when playing Alien Isolation on a Radeon RX 7000 series environment
- When playing Dying Light 2 Stay Human: Reloaded Edition or Alan Wake 2 with Radeon Boost enabled, you may experience visual artifacts. Disable Radeon Boost as a temporary solution to this issue.
- In RDNA 3 environment, Max Payne 1 and 2 may not start if antialiasing is enabled.
- Textures may flicker while playing Hitman: Contracts. This bug should be fixed in version 24.5.1
- Intermittent stuttering occurs when using ALT+TAB with performance metrics overlay enabled. This bug should be fixed in version 24.5.1
- Audio and video may be out of sync when recording with AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition using the AV1 codec. This issue is expected to be resolved between April and June 2024.

There are two types of drivers on the drivers page:
- AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 24.4.1 driver
- AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 24.4.1 driver including Vega and Polaris series
The former only supports the RDNA generation Radeon RX 5000/6000/7000 series and is around 711MB, while the latter supports the Vega and Polaris generation Radeon VII/RX Vega/500/400 series in addition to the RDNA generation and is around 711 MB in total, it’s 1.3 GB.
The description for this states “For systems combining RDNA products with Polaris or Vega products” and is published for PCs with a mix of RDNA and Vega/Polaris. So there are no updates for Polaris/Vega cards.
