AMD DX11 Optimized Preview Driver Released, Some Games Up To 30%…

AMD has released a graphics card driver that improves DirectX11 performance.

AMD Software Preview Driver May 2022, released last night, is for the newly added Radeon RX 6000 series, and although it is not a full version, it has been confirmed that it can support the latest technologies such as RSR 1.1 and SAM.

Of course, existing Radeon RX 6000 series users can also install and use it, and experience optimized DirectX 11 performance, which is one of the core of this driver.

AMD said that this driver improves performance by an average of 10%. Although there are differences depending on the game, it is also said that the frame increase is larger in some games such as Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey and Crysis Remaster.

CapFrameX confirmed that Crysis Remastered increases the average frame rate by 24%.
