AMD also supports DDR5 192GB, ASUS has already succeeded in booting with X670E

24GB, 48GB, and 96GB DDR5 memory are also available for the AMD Ryzen 7000 series.

Unlike Intel platforms that already support these memories, AMD mightn’t use them without changing the AGESA code, which ASUS had already obtained.

ASUS is testing the latest AGESA code, and it is said that a 192GB combination with four 48GB DDR5 memories also booted successfully.

Currently, the tuning work is in progress, so it will take some time until the official release, but related news is expected soon.

For reference, the data released by ASUS shows that Corsair’s 48GB 4800 DDR5 memory is used, and the main board uses ROG STRIX X670E-E GAMING WIFI.
