Sunday morning, the lifeless body of a child was discovered in the Sisaony river at a place called Ampefiloha, in the rural commune of Fiadanana, Ammbohidratrimo district. Informed the same day around 9.30 a.m., elements of the Ampangabe gendarmerie post, which is the closest unit, immediately went to the site with the chief medical officer of the CSB2 of Ampangabe to carry out the observation of use.
Accidental drowning
The victim’s body was still in the water when authorities arrived at the scene. In the prone position, he was female and dressed in a green T-shirt and gray and black pants.
