Amber Heard Corrects His Testimony About Johnny Depp’s Domestic Violence

Amber Heard clarified his testimony of the first violence committed Johnny Depp to her. The clarification was delivered when testifying in a trial that took place Monday (16/5) US time.

The actress corrected herself by saying Johnny Depp was first violent in 2012, not 2013 as he stated when testifying some time ago.

“I kind of made myself forget the beginning of this violence and chaos,” said Amber Heard.

The Aquaman star said the fallacy regarding the year occurred because she wanted to believe that violence did not occur at the start of her relationship with Johnny Depp.

During the trial, Amber Heard also said Johnny Depp had “multiple versions”, depending on the drugs he was taking.

Heard recounted the alleged violence committed by Depp in 2015. At that time, the Pirates of the Caribbean star pushed him once morest a wall while holding his neck.

“I remember looking at him… clawing at him trying to get his hands off my neck. At one point, I remember he ripped my shirt off and exposed one of my breasts,” said Heard.

“I pulled at his collar and his shirt was torn off… He tore it off and put it around my neck,” he told the court.

Prior to the courtroom feud, Johnny Depp and Amber Heaerd had a sweet romance. The two met on the set of The Rum Diary in 2011. They are then believed to have started dating in 2012.

Johnny Depp confirmed his engagement to Amber Heard in March 2014, following months of speculation regarding it.

As reported by The Guardian, Johnny Depp said Amber Heard was a person who was so sweet and very kind to him.

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard married in Los Angeles in secret. They also held their wedding on Depp’s private island in the Bahamas. The Guardian reported on Depp and Heard’s wedding on February 5, 2015.

However, in May 2016, Amber Heard filed for divorce from Johnny Depp citing irreconcilable differences. Johnny Depp and Amber Heard officially divorced in January 2017.
