Amazon is set to integrate a generative artificial intelligence similar to ChatGPT to its online store, selon Bloomberg who spotted several job offers posted by Amazon. This AI in the form of a chatbot could help customers find products, answer their questions, compare options and provide them with personalized suggestions throughout the buying process. Amazon is actively seeking engineers to implement this initiative and wants to bring this interactive conversational experience to its customers as soon as possible.
