One of the elements that greatly harms Prime Video’s reputation is all the errors in its interface: bad titles, poorly classified episodes, etc. But Amazon should soon change all that.

When compared to that of Netflix or Disney+, Amazon Prime’s interface has the unfortunate fault of containing quite a few errors which are absent from its main competitors, and even more so when you don’t use the platform in real time. As explained Business Insider, Amazon receives many complaints or requests for corrections on this subject. It would even represent 60% of customer complaints received by Jeff Bezos’ firm. 10,000 complaints would concern, for example, “the integrity of the seasons” to paraphrase the American newspaper. This category includes, among other things, concerns regarding missing episodes, incorrect content, etc.

This type of problem is apparently only rarely resolved, and only a fairly small percentage of complaints are corrected each year, according to a person directly involved and interviewed by the media.

But all this should soon change. Indeed, Amazon is apparently launching a large-scale program to correct these errors by using not only humans, but also software specially designed to correct these errors. With this, the firm hopes to avoid around 15,000 complaints annually…
