According to a media report, Amazon does not want to offer the EU Commission any concessions in the approval process for the planned takeover of the vacuum cleaner manufacturer iRobot for 1.4 billion dollars. The online portal Politico cited two people familiar with the process on Wednesday. A statement from the US group was not available.
