The Chinese company “Amazfit”, which specializes in the manufacture of smart wearable devices, officially unveiled its new watch, “Band 7”, which comes at a low price in the budget-friendly economy category.
The Chinese company launched the new “Band 7” watch for global markets with more than 120 sports modes, and it promised a “competitive” battery life. The new wearable device comes with a 1.47-inch AMOLED screen with HD resolution (198 x 368) and a pixel density of 282 pixels per inch.
The new watch comes with various health monitoring modes, including 24/7 heart rate measurement, blood oxygen monitoring (SPO2), stress monitoring, stress tracker and menstrual tracker (for women).
These features also send an alert to the user when this health data drops or jumps abnormally.
It supports the Amazon Alexa built-in voice assistant, and it works on the “Zepp” operating system of the “Amazfit” company.
The Chinese company claims that the watch provides up to 18 days of battery life with typical use, and up to 28 days with power saving mode.
The watch, which is very similar to the “Xiaomi Mi Band 7 Pro” watch, has more than 50 watch faces along with 8 adjustable faces.
The watch works with both “Android” and “iOS” devices via Bluetooth, where it can be connected to devices that support “Android 7.0” and later, or “iPhone” phones running the “iOS 12.0” operating system and later as well.
Other features of the Amazfit Band 7 include Find My Phone, Alarm Clock, Stopwatch, Do Not Disturb Mode, Phone Call Notifications, SMS Notifications, and more. .
The watch also comes with an “ExerSense” algorithm that intelligently recognizes movements; Like walking and running.
The watch weighs approximately 28 grams and has a 5ATM water resistance certification.
Amazfit has set the price of the new watch at $49.99, to be available in beige and black colors, in addition to an additional variety of strap color options in blue, green, orange and pink.
