2024-03-08 11:35:09

Convinced of the essential role of non-drug interventions (NMI), the Médéric Alzheimer Foundation has made them a priority for action for several years. Today, it is publishing an enhanced version of its practical guide that can be downloaded for free.

At a time when non-drug interventions (NMI) are at the heart of debates about aging well and prevention, it is essential that they are at the heart of the care pathway for people living with Alzheimer’s disease and that they are implemented, regardless of where the sick person lives.

This practical guide “Non-drug interventions and Alzheimer’s disease” is aimed at all professionals working directly or indirectly with people living with Alzheimer’s disease or a related disease. It aims to better know, better understand and better implement the non-drug interventions offered to sick people to maintain and/or improve their cognitive, psychological, social, physical functioning and more generally their quality of life.

New features for the 2024 edition
