A Always-On Screen (Always-On Display) It has been present on high-end iPhones since the 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max models.

With it, you can check information such as time, widgets and notifications by simply taking a look at your smartphone, without having to touch the screen. Although this feature is helpful, it may not always work as it should.

See what to do if this happens to your iPhone! ????

Check if the feature is turned on by going to Settings » Screen and Brightness » Always-On Screen. Check if the Low Power Mode is not activated. You can check this by opening Control Center or going to Settings » Battery. Check that the device is not set to Sleep Focus. Disconnect your iPhone from CarPlay if it is connected. Disable the Continuity Camera function. Restart your iPhone to see if the problem will be resolved. If you have an Apple Watch and are away from your iPhone, Always-On Display can be turned off. This is a standard behavior of the feature, so just get closer to the iPhone once more and it will return to always-on mode.

If the function still doesn’t work, contact the Apple Support team so that your problem can be investigated further. You can do this by calling 0800-761-0880, from the site or through the Support app.

It is still possible to schedule an appointment at one of two Apple Stores located in Brazil or an Apple Authorized Service Center, if you prefer.
