EVENT ETCETERA is an organization specialized in organizing general public events. The agency has two core activities: Vélotour and Pop In The City.
Pop In the City is Europe’s first female-only city raid event, aiming to discover cities in a different way and encourage cultural exchange between Europeans.
Consisting of approximately thirty challenges that remain secret until the day of the event, our raids allow participants to escape standard tours and transcend themselves through activities not usually possible for ordinary visitors. Since its creation twelve years ago, Pop In the City has organized around forty events in France and Europe.
The Vélotour is France’s number one recreational cycling event, an unusual, friendly and festive bike ride that takes participants through historic, unknown and unusual places usually off limits to bicycles (such as Roland Garros – Marseille Opera) to discover a city they have never seen before – Orange Vélodrome – Dijon Zenith, etc…). Vélotour events are held in about ten cities in France.
mission
You will be responsible for two of the agency’s activities and will have direct liaison with the agency director and two PR managers.
– Produce content (stories, true stories, social network posts, etc.) on the social network accounts of Pop In the City and Vélotour
– Social animation, reply to comments and questions
– Develop TikTok account for Pop In the City
– Support Pop In the City and Vélotour in implementing social media strategies on different networks (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, TikTok) and animations on these networks
– Monitoring and sourcing of new trends, digital launches, selection of content to forward, newsletter messages, etc.
– Influencer contact and follow-up
– Support daily tasks of communications manager (editing/website/ticketing/purchasing, etc.)
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who would like to gain training experience after the course and already has experience in communication and content creation (internship, individual or joint engagement)
– You are very creative
– You already have experience creating photo/video content (professional or personal)
– You are organized, rigorous, independent, proactive and thoughtful
– You have a strong interest in social networking
– You know how to manage priorities

Internship/Alternative I The tuition fees at your school must not exceed €9,000 to be covered by our OPCO.
Start date: September/October 2024
Duration: 12 months
