Alpine skiing: Lara Gut-Behrami wins giant slalom in Killington – Mikaela Shiffrin disappointed at home

The 27-year-old has already triumphed five times in her special discipline in Killington.

The German starters Jessica Hilzinger (Oberstdorf/+3.51) in position 43 and Marlene Schmotz (Leitzachtal/+4.85) in 51st clearly missed qualifying for the second round.

Schmotz accidentally triggered the time measurement in the starting house and thus lost almost all chances before the first goal.
