This work has generated a series of questions, even the Internal Control Body of the Municipality of Huancayo (OCI) ruled in January of this year due to the lack of socialization of it, which caused complaints.
The provincial councilman Paulo Beltrán, evidenced the concern of the great affectations to the roads and the asphalt that it will symbolize. “It is expected that the report from the Works management will be delivered within a maximum period of one week to show the budget execution and the investment in the implementation of the bike paths that were not completed with unfinished items that must be made transparent,” he said.
For her part, the councilor Larisa Rojas, considers that they should not have been withdrawn, until the administrative and criminal responsibilities are determined. “There is damage to the State because a budget was used and its implementation was not achieved, being a failure and there should be a sanction for all those who are responsible,” she said.
