A 27-year-old Canadian woman claims she nearly died trying to catch her second flight while on a transfer last month, reports Newsweek.

Divz Mangat, originally from British Columbia, claims to be “allergic to running”. But she flew to Punta Cana with her sister and friends, but their first flight was delayed, so they had to run to make sure they didn’t miss their second. plane.

Divz Mangat claims that this is not the first time that she has experienced these types of symptoms.
“For the past few months, it’s been happening to me every time I run or when I’m stressed,” she says. “I wasn’t sure if it was due to running or stress, but that day I realized it was caused by running and stress.”
The young Canadian is still waiting to get an appointment with a specialist. Although she has not received an official diagnosis, Divz Mangat believes she has exercise-induced anaphylaxis.
This rather rare disorder is characterized by many symptoms that appear following physical activity, including redness, pimples, swelling of the skin, nausea and vomiting.
