Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri showed great anger following his team lost from Inter Milan in the Italian Cup semi-finals, not only towards his players!
Inter Milan officials themselves were the ones targeted by Allegri’s insults and anger, as he shouted at them: “You will finish in sixth place anyway…you are a group of scum!”
Allegri addressed those words, according to the newspaper “La Gazzetta dello Sport”, to a number of Inter officials on the field, and also insulted Giuseppe Marotta and Dario Pachin.
He also addressed his players, shouting at them: “We must finish higher than them in the league anyway!”
Inter beat Juventus with a clean goal scored by Federico Di Marco in the 15th minute of the rematch that brought the snakes to the final to face the winner from Fiorentina and Cremonese in the tournament final on May 24.
The two teams had tied in the first leg with a goal for the same, and thus the Nerazzurri qualified by 2-1 on aggregate.
