Alleged gang member “Monkey” is captured after having shot a person in zone 3

Police arrest man who tried to escape after killing a person in Zone 3 of the capital city.

After hearing gunshots, officers from the 11th precinct of the National Civil Police (PNC) carried out an operation to locate the responsible for such shooting.
