The Supreme Court ordered the government, all the IGs of Police and the Election Commission to harass the PTI election candidates and remove the complaints. Candidates should not be harassed and should be allowed to submit nomination papers.
The hearing started in the Supreme Court on PTI’s request to provide a level playing field. DG Law Election Commission said that no request was received to take away the nomination papers of PTI.
Justice Athar Manullah said that everything is coming in the newspapers, what has the Election Commission done? What happened to Usman Dar’s mother, the caretaker government and the Election Commission did nothing, apparently the allegation of not getting a level playing field is true.
PTI’s lawyer Shoaib Shaheen said that the election schedule has been issued, still MPO orders are being issued, PTI candidates are not being given papers and are not allowed to submit them.
The Acting Chief Justice said that why is the Election Commission not stopping the orders of the MPO? Now write the order and send it to review and solve all the complaints. Shoaib Shaheen said that if the returning officers do not receive the papers, they should be allowed to submit them to the Election Commission.
Justice Mansoor Ali Shah said that the Election Commission should meet the political parties immediately.

Justice Athar Manullah said that if the political parties have complaints, the Election Commission is not working, why is a political party being dealt with separately? Treating everyone equally is a level playing field.
The court directed the Tehreek-e-Insaf leaders to meet with the Election Commission today and said that the Election Commission should hear all the complaints and resolve them.
Acting Chief Justice said that all the IGs should be told not to harass Tehreek-e-Insaf candidates, lawyers are also being arrested from the office of returning officers.
Later, the Supreme Court disposed of the petition of Tehreek-e-Insaf.
It should be noted that Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faiz Isa is currently on vacation.
