The article dated October 22, for the removal of which, as follows from the materials read out in court, demanded 11 million, has now been removed. As a correspondent from the courtroom reported, it was dedicated to a certain event by Andrey Bokarev.
His namesake is the chairman of the board of directors of JSC Transmashholding.
The defense presented three positive references to Kuzmin to the court: from the editor-in-chief of Vogue Ksenia Solovieva and from his place of work LLC Media Content, as well as from the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). According to the permanent mission, he took part in such actions as “Crimean Spring”, “Immortal Regiment”, and is characterized as a patriot.
Romanovsky pleaded not guilty:
“I admit that I published this news,” he said. – I worked as a secular journalist, I write about social events. I did not see anything compromising or seditious in this publication.
Romanovsky added that he did not conduct any negotiations with representatives of Sergei Chemezov and did not discuss money with them.
