“All-NBA Rookies: Who Made the Cut on the All-Rookie Teams for the Playoffs Week?”

2023-05-08 10:44:37

The NBA announced it last night, this new week of Playoffs will be placed under the sign of the All-NBA Teams, which will be announced from this evening until Thursday. This evening ? We start with the best rookies of the season. Are we getting a little wet?

It is therefore the rookies who will open the ball tonight. Last year Cade Cunningham, Jalen Green, Franz Wagner, Scottie Barnes and Evan Mobley made up the All-Rookie 1st Team while Bones Hyland, Ayo Dosunmu, Josh Giddey, Herb Jones and Chris Duarte took place in an All-Rookie 2nd Team without really positions.

This year ? A 5 emerges if we take into account the votes for the Rookie Of the Year trophy (awarded to Paolo Banchero). Jaden Ivey in the lead, Bennedict Mathurin in 2, Jalen Williams and Paolo Banchero in the wings and Walker Kessler in the pivot position, with a Keegan Murray in ambush but who will probably be reversed in the second five with, why not, Jabari Smith and Jalen Duren in the racket then Jeremy Sochan and Andrew Nembhard for example.

An announcement in any case expected because it represents for some of these players a first career recognition, a first line on a CV which only asks to grow when you are twenty years old, barely more and sometimes even a little less. So see you at 8 p.m. to clap at our windows, like in the good old days.
