Mariah Carey is sued for 20 million for using the title All I Want For Christmas Is You by another artist.

Andy Stone, co-writer of a version that came out in 1989, a few years before Mariah Carey released her famous song, decided to take on one of the most popular songs of the holiday season.
According to the complaint, which the media TMZ obtained a copy, the song had even had some success with the music video in 1993, all that a year before Mariah Carey unveiled her version.
This isn’t the first time two artists have released a song with the same name.
