The way to obtain the field research tasks is very simple, since it will only be enough for you to spin the disc of any Poképarada that you meet on the street while you play. At that time you will randomly receive one of the different existing missions, although the Poképarada itself will only give you one a day.

As you will see below, some of them will give you Berries, Poké Ball, Stardust in exchange and you may even see some Pokémon to capture, among which it is possible that they come out in their normal version or in their shiny version, so that so it’s more worth looking for them.

Something to keep in mind is that you can only carry out three missions at the same time. Even so, the important thing is that following finishing seven of them on seven different days you will get a box full of the most interesting rewards, including the possibility of capture a wild Lickitung.
