A documentary film entitled All Access to Rossa 25 Shining Years, directed by Ani Ema Susanti, will be shown in cinemas starting Thursday (1/8).
According to a press release, quoted Wednesday (31/7), the documentary shows Rossa’s career journey in the music industry as well as her struggles as a mother to her only son.
The documentary also shows the story behind the 25 Shining Years Concert solo concert in 2022, which marks 25 years of Rossa’s career in the Indonesian music industry.
“Through this documentary, Indonesian people will see Rossa’s figure from various perspectives, Rossa as a diva, Rossa as a mother, and Rossa as a female entrepreneur,” said director Ani Ema Susanti.

Rossa hopes that the documentary about her career and life journey can be an inspiration for anyone who watches it.
“Hopefully this film can be an inspiration for all Indonesian people, especially for young talents in the Indonesian music industry who are struggling to build their careers,” said Rossa.
“To be able to reach this point, I also went through a struggle that was not easy, full of dedication, hard work, and always innovating,” he continued.
Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno hopes that the documentary All Access to Rossa 25 Shining Years can have a positive impact on the Indonesian film and music industry.
“I hope this documentary can have a positive impact on the Indonesian film and music sector, such as increasing the percentage of documentary occupancy in commercial networks and becoming an inspiration for other musicians to document their music career journey,” said Sandiaga. (Ant/Z-1)
