Romanian President Klaus Iohannis and seven other presidents of NATO member states signed a statement in which they expressed support for Ukraine’s accession to the North Atlantic Alliance.
According to TASS, we are talking regarding the presidents of Lithuania, Poland, North Macedonia, Slovakia, Montenegro, the Czech Republic and Estonia.
Politicians expressed support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, and also stated that they did not recognize referendums in the LDNR, as well as in the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced the signing of the application to join NATO immediately following the signing of agreements on the entry of former Ukrainian territories into the Russian Federation took place in Moscow.
