‘Alito’ Moreno and payments in ‘cash’ to Televisa: new audio of the PRI leader, revealed by Sansores

The Governor of Campeche, Layda Sansores, released a new audio of Alejandro Moreno, National President of the PRI.

Presumably, there is a conversation between the PRI leader and two collaborators, making accounts of electoral campaigns.

In the first part of the audio, Moreno questions why his collaborators paid Televisa’s “Bauer” cash.

An unidentified person replies that the cash payment serves to eliminate the trace of financial operations. He explains that if it is done correctly, there is a possibility that the money will be linked to candidates and be audited.

The party chairman said Televisa has the possibility of billing services for various concepts.

The audio does not fully identify the person related to the television station. Someone with that last name, Michel Bauer, has held management positions at Televisa since 1991, mainly in the commercial area; he has also served as president of America, the soccer team owned by the company.

This is one more of the audios released by the Campeche governor regarding the PRI leader. In one of the conversations, ‘Alito’ Moreno can be seen saying that journalists must be starved to death and in another he explains financial operations.

The authenticity of the audios has been questioned by the tricolor party, which affirms that they are conversations tracked to demonstrate alleged illicit acts.

For her part, the governor has affirmed that there are already investigations under way for the crimes that are allegedly seen in the conversations.
