The share of the share from the distribution is 0.25 riyals following deducting zakat
Alinma Bank announced the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders for the first quarter of 2023, at a rate of 2.5%.
The bank said in a statement on “Saudi Tadawul”, today, Monday, that the distribution value is 498.05 million riyals, distributed over 1.99 billion shares, and the share of the distribution is 0.25 riyals, following deducting zakat.
He added that the eligibility for dividends will be for shareholders who own shares at the end of trading on Monday, corresponding to May 29, 2023 AD, and who are registered in the company’s shareholder register with the Securities Depository Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the due date.
He explained that the distribution will be on June 12, 2023 AD.
It is noteworthy that the net profit of “Alinma Bank” increased by 17.61% in the first quarter of 2023, to regarding 969.9 million riyals, following zakat and tax, compared to 824.7 million riyals in the first quarter of 2022.
