Algar Telecom reformulates e-commerce in an effort to facilitate the purchasing process for customers

The telecommunications company Algar Telecom announced the reformulation of its e-commerce platform with the adoption of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud system, which promises to improve the customer experience by facilitating the purchasing process.

According to Algar Telecom, the new solution delivers improvements in aspects such as usability, loading speed regardless of the user’s equipment, business autonomy, brand positioning, security and personalization.

The change will cover the entire platform The telecommunications company will therefore serve both retail and corporate customers. The telecom highlighted that the main objective of the transition is to simplify navigationor digital environment.

“With the migration, we bring the best service purchasing experience to our customer, in several aspects. We build a more fluid and pleasant journey”, commented the vice president of Technology and Digital Evolution at Algar Telecom, Zaima Milazzo.

Furthermore, security was another aspect cited by the company as fundamental for this transformation to be carried out, as the new platform has measures such as encryption, access control, vulnerability checking and two-factor authentication.

A Algar offers fiber optic internet, cellular, voice, data, and IT services, including cloud and network security, as well as management systems for small businesses. The company has been operating for 69 years and serves more than 372 cities, in 16 states in Brazil and the Federal District.
