Alfa Romeo plans to announce in July whether it will continue its F1 partnership with Sauber.
The F1 partnership between Alfa Romeo and Sauber is in its fourth year this year and might be the most productive season for them. For the past three seasons, Kimi Raikkonen and Antonio Giovinazzi have finished 8th, 8th and 9th in the Constructors’ Championship.
However, judging from the results of the first four races of the year, last season seems to have effectively mastered the new F1 regulations over some of its rivals ahead. At the moment, he is ranked 5th in the Constructors’ Ranking, and the 25 points he has earned is almost double that of 2021.

Alfa Romeo CEO Jan Philippe Impalato said of the upcoming F1 plan, “The future of the Alfa Romeo-Sauber partnership will be announced in July.”
“It’s not a complicated process. There are two aspects to evaluate: results and financial benefits.”
It was suspicious when Sauber was regarding to be sold to Andretti Autosport last fall, but the partnership might continue.
